We can assure you that we run a tight ship on the quality of our merchandise!
How does shipping work?
All orders placed online have a variable flat rate shipping. In the case of an online return, you will be reimbursed for the shipping charge, however you will NOT be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the product back to us, apart from an error on our end.
I live in Calgary and I do not want to pay for shipping, what can I do?
If you live in Calgary and don’t want to be charged for shipping, we advise you to simply send a DM or message to our Facebook or Instagram account to request a meet up (usually downtown Calgary)! Meet ups are paid via cash on delivery.
I want a chance to shine! how can I submit my artwork?
We are always looking for new and awesome graphics to use for our products! if you have any artwork you would like to submit, or any recommendations of graphics you would like to see in the future, please send to [email protected]
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 10-day full refund after purchase against manufacture defects, or if you simply change your mind, if the product is in what we call “re-sellable condition” (up to company discretion). If you have any concerns with any products, please email [email protected]
